Did you know??? o White Fish is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, but in small amounts than in oily fish like tuna or salmon, making white fish a healthy addition to a long term diet plan.  They are also a great source of protein, B vitamins, and selenium.  If looking to lose fat or gain muscle white fish is a great element to include in meal plan. o Corn meal does not contain gluten, making it safe for those suffering from gluten intolerance or celiac disease.  It also is a healthy choice in that it provides a rich source of dietary fiber, iron, and phosphorus.
