Did you know??? o In strawberries, the red coloring contains anthocyanins, which has been shown to stimulate the burning of stored fat. o Flaxseed oil is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as alpha-linolenic acid. The alpha-linolenic acid and related chemicals in flaxseed oil seem to decrease inflammation. o Goat cheese, like goat milk, has been shown to be easier on the human digestive system and is lower in calories, cholesterol and fat than its bovine counterpart.
