Guacamole Recipe
The real trick to great guacamole is to use good avocados, they need to be the correct ripeness.
Prep Time:  5 min. Cook Time:  1 hrs Total Time:  1 hour 5 min.
Ingredients: Recipe Makes 16 Servings 2 avocados ½ lemon, juice 2 tablespoons chopped onion ½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil

Did you know??? o Avocados, yes they are actually a fruit and contain over 20 essential nutrients!  A few of these include a good source of fiber and folate, potassium, viamin E, B-vitamins, and folic acid.  They are known as a “nutrient booster” which enables our bodies to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients such as alpha and beta-carotene when eaten with the avocado!
Directions: 1. Cut the avocados into halves.  Remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado.  Stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, and olive oil.  Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
